On the majority of cruises there is no overnight sailing. Evenings are spent anchored in peaceful lochs or sheltered bays where spectacular sunsets, leisurely dinners and strolls around the deck help round off another memorable day. The peace and tranquillity of a remote overnight anchorage has a magic and romance all of its own. Many of our visits ashore are in remote settings inaccessible to larger cruise boats. Usually up to two fascinating shore visits at different locations each day, explore beautiful gardens, atmospheric castles, bustling villages or deserted beaches. The size of the Hebridean Princess and our experience over ten years of Scottish cruises enables us to offer guest glimpses of a Scottish landscape not easily accessible by road or other means of travel.
